Man Killed in Crash on Highway 101


Big Rig Involved in Fatal San Jose Accident

San Jose, CA (February 2, 2020) – A man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of February 2 on Highway 101. 

The driver of a Hyundai Accent was speeding on northbound Highway 101 when he rear-ended a Mitsubishi Outlander. The impact caused the Hyundai to spin out. It was then hit by a Freightliner Cascadia big rig. The Hyundai then overturned and caught fire. 

The Hyundai driver was ejected and hit by a Mazda 3. The driver, a 22-year-old Morgan Hill man, died at the accident scene.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
