Victim Hit by Big Rig in Fatal Selma Accident

Selma, CA (June 22, 2020) – A man was killed in a pedestrian crash in Selma. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of June 22 on Highway 99.

A 49-year-old man was walking in the southbound lanes of Highway 99 when he was hit by a big rig. The driver, a man from Merced, stopped and called 911. The pedestrian, however, later died.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the friends and loved ones of the victim.
