Man Killed in Crash on Interstate 880 Near Highway 238

Victim Hit By 2 Vehicles in Fatal Long Beach Accident

San Leandro, CA (March 19, 2020) – A man was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in San Leandro. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of March 19 on Interstate 880.

A Honda SUV crashed into a sound wall on southbound Interstate 880, near the Highway 238 interchange. A male passenger in the SUV died at the accident scene. Another occupant was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries, but was later released.
