Driver’s Side of Pickup Damaged in Fatal Elk Grove Accident

Elk Grove, CA (November 13, 2019) – A man was killed in crash in Elk Grove. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of November 13 on Laguna Boulevard.

Emergency crews found a damaged pickup truck on eastbound Laguna Boulevard, between Haussman Street and Laguna Main. There was major damage to the driver’s side of the truck. A man died at the accident scene.

The cause of the crash is unknown. The road was closed for more than five hours as police investigated.

E-Cigarette Use Linked To ‘Cobalt Lung’

A case study published in the European Respiratory Journal in December 2019 described a 49-year-old in California who developed hard-metal pneumoconiosis after using e-cigarettes for only six months.
