Man Killed in Crash on North Second Street and East Madison Avenue


Victim Hit by Pickup Truck in Fatal El Cajon Accident

El Cajon, CA (July 8, 2020) – A man was killed in a pedestrian crash in El Cajon. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of July 8 at North Second Street and East Madison Avenue.

A man was attempting to cross the intersection outside of a marked crosswalk when he stepped out in front of a Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck, which had the right of way, hit the man. The man was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The driver of the Ford stopped at the accident scene.
