Man Killed in Crash on State Route 65 Near Interstate 80

Car Goes Down Embankment in Fatal Roseville Accident

Roseville, CA (July 17, 2020) – A man was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Roseville. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of July 17 on State Route 65. 

A man was traveling on southbound State Route 65, near Interstate 80, in a Toyota Camry. He was speeding when the vehicle went off the road and rolled down an embankment. The Toyota came to rest in a grove of trees. 

A homeless man witnessed the crash and informed law enforcement. The driver, identified as a man in his 30s, died at the accident scene.
