Man Killed in Crash on State Route 98 Near Interstate 8


2 Vehicles Collide Head-on in Fatal Holtville Accident 

Holtville, CA (April 17, 2020) – A man was killed in a head-on crash in Holtville. The fatal accident occurred on April 17 on State Route 98.

A 31-year-old man from Yuma, Arizona was driving a Lexus on eastbound State Route 98. He collided head-on with a Ford F-150 near Interstate 8. The Ford spun off the road, while the Lexus landed on the shoulder.

The driver of the Lexus died at the accident scene. The driver of the Ford, a 32-year-old man from Somerton, Arizona, complained of pain.
