Bicyclist Hit by SUV in Fatal Dehesa Accident

Dehesa, CA (February 10, 2021) – A man was killed in a bicycle crash in Dehesa. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of February 10 on Willow Glen Drive.

A La Mesa man was riding an Electra Townie bicycle on Willow Glen Drive, near Dehesa Road, when he was rear-ended by a 48-year-old El Cajon man driving an Infiniti QX60 SUV. The bicyclist died at the accident scene. He was not wearing a helmet. The driver remained at the crash site.
