Tony Moss Arrested for DUI in Fatal Pittsburg Accident

Pittsburg, CA (February 9, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Pittsburg. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of February 9 on Highway 4.

A Volkswagen, Toyota sedan and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided on eastbound Highway 4, near Bailey Road. The motorcyclist crashed into both cars, ejecting the rider, a 29-year-old man from Antioch. The motorcyclist died in the crash.

The driver of the Volkswagen, Tony Moss, 59, was injured and taken to a local hospital. While at the hospital, Moss was arrested for felony DUI. The driver of the Toyota complained of pain.

E-Cigarette Use Linked To ‘Cobalt Lung’

A case study published in the European Respiratory Journal in December 2019 described a 49-year-old in California who developed hard-metal pneumoconiosis after using e-cigarettes for only six months. The disease is also known as “cobalt lung.” The National Institutes of Health describes the disease as a “rare but serious disease of the lungs associated with inhalational exposure to tungsten or cobalt dust.”
