Man Killed in Pedestrian Crash at Rockport Road and Laguna Vista Drive


Victim Hit by Vehicle in Fatal Menifee Accident

Menifee, CA (July 29, 2020) – An elderly man was killed in a pedestrian crash in Menifee. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of July 29 at Rockport Road and Laguna Vista Drive.  

A 75-year-old Menifee man was crossing the intersection when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Menifee man. The victim suffered major head trauma and was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The driver remained at the accident scene.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
