San Francisco, CA (January 12, 2020) – One person was killed in a train crash in San Francisco. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of January 12 at Bayshore Boulevard and Sunnydale Avenue.

A Muni train was stopped at the intersection. It was waiting for the light when a man approached the train and tried to open the doors. He then sat on the coupler between the trains. When the driver turned the train car, the man fell off. He was hit by the second car of the train. He died at the accident scene.
