Devon Dorsey Arrested for DUI in Fatal Palmdale Accident

Palmdale, CA (November 15, 2020) – A boy was killed and three others were injured in a DUI crash in Palmdale. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of November 15 on East Avenue P.

Devon Dorsey, 26, of California City, was driving a Ford Fusion on Avenue P when he veered to the right. The Ford hit a raised dirt embankment and overturned. A 2-year-old boy from Rosamond was ejected. Michael Bonner was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. 

Two Rosamond residents were injured. Shonterra Dillard, 23, suffered moderate injuries, while Mytia Bonner, 3, suffered minor injuries. Dorsey suffered minor injuries in the crash. He was arrested for DUI and is being held on $100,000 bail
