2 Vehicles Collide in Fatal Apple Valley Accident

Apple Valley, CA (September 28, 2020) – A man was killed in a crash in Apple Valley. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of September 28 at Dale Evans Parkway and Stoddard Wells Road.

A GMC Sierra pickup truck, driven by a 46-year-old man from Bell Gardens, was stopped at the stop sign at Dale Evans Parkway. The GMC then failed to yield to traffic and entered the intersection, hitting a Dodge Challenger. The driver, Michael Simon, 36, from Apple Valley, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
