5 Vehicles Involved in Fatal San Jacinto Accident

San Jacinto, CA (February 11, 2021) – Four people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in San Jacinto. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of February 11 at Ramona Expressway and 7th Street.

Five vehicles collided at the intersection, including a Kia Optima and a Nissan Armada. Four people – two adults and two children – were killed in the crash. The adults have been identified as Michal Tostado, 31, of Hemet, and Elizabeth Muniz, 37, also from Hemet. A child, Aolani Ramirez-Muniz, 11, of Eastvale, was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. The other child has not been identified. 

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the friends and loved ones of Michal Tostado, Elizabeth Muniz, Aolani Ramirez-Muniz and the other victim.
