Teen Dies in Fatal Hit and Run Accident in Perris

Perris, CA (June 14, 2020) – A teen was killed in a hit and run crash in Perris. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of June 14 on Markham Street.

Michelle Leon, 18, of Riverside, was hit by a car in the 20790 block of Markham Street. She died at the accident scene. Two other people suffered major injuries and were taken to a local hospital. 

The driver fled the accident scene. The vehicle is described as a tan or black 2000s-model SUV with a missing headlight and grill.
