Milo Fryer, Jr. Killed in Accident at Sierra Pacific Industries

1 Other Injured in Fatal Lincoln Explosion

Lincoln, CA (September 18, 2020) – One person was killed and another was injured in an explosion at a lumber mill in Lincoln. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of September 18 at 1440 Lincoln Boulevard.

A commercial-sized air compressor exploded at the Sierra Pacific Industries location in downtown Lincoln. One person was killed in the accident. He has been identified as 34-year-old Milo Fryer, Jr. of Lincoln. Another employee was injured. He was taken to a local hospital and has since been released. 

The accident is currently investigation by Cal/OSHA.
