Horkey Hit by Car in Fatal Homeland Accident

Homeland, CA (August 2, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian crash in Homeland. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of August 2 on Highway 74.

Homeland resident Milton Horkey, 71, was hit by a car in the westbound lanes of Highway 74, near Olson Avenue. Paramedics arrived and found Horkey unconscious. He died at the accident scene. The crash is under investigation.
