Motorcyclist Injured in Crash at Jensen and McCall Avenues


Car, Motorcycle Collide in Fresno Accident

Fresno, CA (July 26, 2020) – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash in Fresno. The accident occurred on the afternoon of July 26 at Jensen and McCall avenues.  

A 34-year-old woman from Parlier was driving a Nissan Altima when she collided with a motorcycle that ran a red light. The motorcyclist, a 76-year-old man from Fresno, suffered moderate to major injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
