Matthew J. Griswold Arrested for DUI in Lincoln Accident
Auburn, CA (September 9, 2019) – A man was arrested for DUI for causing a motorcycle crash in Auburn. The accident occurred on the afternoon of September 9 on Lincoln Way.
The crash happened in the 100 block of Lincoln Way. Matthew J. Griswold was heading west on Lincoln Way when he drifted across the double yellow lines and hit an oncoming motorcyclist.
The rider suffered critical injuries. His 10-year-old son was riding as a passenger. Both were taken to a local hospital.
Griswold was intoxicated at the time of the accident and was arrested for DUI. He is currently in jail, with bail set at $50,000.
