Motorcycle Loses Control in Fatal Richmond Accident

Richmond, CA (February 8, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Richmond. The fatal accident occurred at around noon on February 8 on Interstate 80.

A man in his 60s was riding a motorcycle on westbound Interstate 80, near Barrett Avenue, when he lost control and crashed. He was ejected from the motorcycle. The man died at the accident scene. It is believed that speed was a factor in the crash.
