Driver Makes U-Turn Into Motorcycle Rider in Fatal El Cajon Accident

El Cajon, CA (June 1, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in El Cajon. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of June 1 on Olde Highway 80.

A motorcyclist was heading east on Olde Highway 80, near Bond Avenue when a woman driving a Hyundai Accent made a U-turn into his path. The motorcycle rider, a 27-year-old man from Santee, was ejected from his motorcycle. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The driver, a 19-year-old woman from Jamul, remained at the accident scene.
