Multiple Cars and Injuries Involved in Fresno Road Rage Incident
Fresno, CA (April 25, 2018) – An arrest has been made after a Fresno road rage incident caused a man to run a red light and cause a multi-car accident. The accident happened on the afternoon of April 25 at Herndon and Millburn avenues in Fresno.
The rollover collision involved multiple cars and injuries. A Ford Explorer has rolled onto its side. Four other vehicles were damaged in the wreck and were found on Milburn Avenue.
The crash occurred when 25-year-old John Paul Millerwas driving a GMC Sierra truck with an asphalt trailer. He was traveling down Milburn Avenue in Fresno when he got into a disagreement with a man in a sedan. The sedan continued on Milburn Avenue and came to a stop at Herndon Avenue. Miller pulled up next to the sedan, got out of the Sierra and kicked the passenger side of the sedan. He continued attacking the male driver.
After attacking the man, Miller got back into his Sierra and ran through a red light at Herndon Avenue in Fresno, causing the crash.
One driver had multiple lacerations from flying. Another driver sprained her leg. The man who was assaulted left the accident scene.
Miller had his 13-year-old nephew in the Sierra with him at the time of the crash. Neither were injured. Miller was arrested for reckless driving and child endangerment.
