Woman Hit by Car in Fatal El Cajon Accident

El Cajon, CA (August 8, 2020) – A pedestrian was killed in a crash in El Cajon. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of August 8 at Dehesa and Sycuan roads.

A woman was hit by a car at the intersection. She was found lying on the ground unresponsive. She later died from her injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained at the accident scene.
