Rachelle Lopez-Coronado Killed in Crash on Shaw Avenue

Car Lands in Canal in Fatal Fresno Accident

Fresno, CA (July 10, 2020) – A woman was killed when her car went into a canal in Fresno. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of July 10 on Shaw Avenue.

Rachelle Lopez-Coronado, 26, from Kerman, was heading east on Shaw Avenue she drove onto the shoulder and hit the embankment. The vehicle went airborne and landed in the canal. The Fresno County Sheriff’s Department Dive Team located the woman’s body, but she died at the accident scene.
