15-Year-Old Dragged Underneath Car in Los Angeles Hit and Run Accident

Los Angeles, CA (August 6, 2019) – A 15-year-old boy is in critical condition after getting hit by a car in Los Angeles. The accident occurred on the evening of August 6 at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Woodlawn Avenue.

Roberto Diaz, 15, was riding his bike in a crosswalk at the intersection when he was hit by a car. He was dragged underneath the car for a quarter of a mile. The driver fled the accident scene. Diaz was hospitalized in critical condition.

Police are looking for a blue Honda Civic or Accord, with tinted windows and front-end damage.
