Car Loses Control in Fatal Big Pines Accident

Big Pines, CA (November 9, 2019) – A man was killed in a crash in Big Pines. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of November 9 on Big Pines Highway.

The crash happened on westbound Big Pines Highway, near the Angeles Crest Highway. Rodman Carr Hart, 58, of Rosamond, was driving a BMW when he tried to avoid some small rock debris in the roadway. He turned and lost control, causing the BMW to overturn. Hart was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
