Romulo Soriano, Jr. Killed in Crash at West San Carlos Street and North Buena Vista Avenue

Car Rear-Ends VTA Bus in Fatal San Jose Accident

San Jose, CA (July 10, 2020) – A man was killed in a VTA crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of July 10 at West San Carlos Street and North Buena Vista Avenue.

A Mitsubishi rear-ended a Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority bus at the intersection. The driver of the Mitsubishi, Romulo Soriano, Jr., 40, from San Jose, was killed in the crash. Two passengers, men ages 30 and 36, were hospitalized with serious injuries.
