Joshua Muller Arrested for DUI in Fatal Winters Accident

Winters, CA (February 22, 2020) – A woman was killed in a DUI crash in Winters. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of February 22 on Railroad Avenue.

A vehicle crashed on Railroad Avenue. The passenger, Sarah Muller, 39, of Arbuckle, died at the accident scene. The driver, Joshua Muller, 30 of Arbuckle, was injured and taken to a local hospital. His blood alcohol content was .14%. He was treated for his injuries and booked into jail for DUI and murder.
