Servando Aguilar Lopez Dies in Fiery Crash on Highway 152 Near Road 13

Chowchilla, CA (May 27, 2019) – A man was killed and five others were injured in a crash in Chowchilla. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of May 27 on Highway 152.

Servando Aguilar Lopez, 22 from Madera, was in a Honda traveling west on Highway 152, toward Road 13, when he turned south into the path of a Honda carrying five men from Fresno. The two vehicles collided and ended up on the shoulder. One vehicle caught fire. Lopez died at the accident scene.

All five men in the Honda were injured and hospitalized with moderate injuries. They have been identified as Moua Yang, 31, Frandis Thou, 25, Xyoob Quinn Chang, 24, Anon Kevin Khaosaat, 26, and Cheng Xiong, 24.
