Car Hits Palm Tree in Fatal Riverside Accident

Riverside, CA (August 23, 2019) – A car crashed into a palm tree in Riverside, killing one person and injuring two others. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of August 23 on Magnolia Avenue.

Three people were inside a car that hit a palm tree in the 12000 block of Magnolia Avenue, in the community of Home Gardens. Simon Loza, 18, from Riverside, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Two others were trapped inside the vehicle. They had to be rescued by firefighters. They suffered moderate injuries.
