Road Rage Leads to Fatal Los Angeles Accident

Los Angeles, CA (January 21, 2020) – A woman was killed after she was crushed by her car in Los Angeles. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of January 21 on North Martel Avenue.

The incident started with road rage on Sunset Boulevard. A male motorcyclist claimed that a Mercedes had bumped his bike on Sunset Boulevard. He followed the Mercedes, which had two women inside, to an apartment complex in the 1300 block of North Martel Avenue. The women argued with the man, and then got back in the car.

The car drove off and the driver was ejected somehow. She fell out and the car hit a tree. The passenger got behind the wheel and when she tried to move the car, she crushed the driver, identified as Sophia Ardalan, 26. Ardalan died from her injuries. 

The passenger fled the scene on foot. She was later arrested. The motorcyclist remained at the accident scene.
