Spencer Sandridge Killed in Accident in Huntington Beach

Man Hits 2 Construction Workers on 405 Freeway Near Newland Street

Huntington Beach, CA (April 30, 2020) – Two construction workers were injured and a driver was killed in a crash in Huntington Beach. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of April 30 on the 405 Freeway.

Spencer Sandridge, 27, was driving a Dodge southbound on the 405 Freeway, near Newland Street, when he went through a closed portion of the high-occupancy vehicle lane. He hit two construction workers – a 54-year-old man from Anaheim and a 46-year-old man from Corona. Both workers were injured and taken to a local hospital. Sandridge died in the accident. The crash is under investigation.
