At 5:50 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2017, a motorcycle crash occurred on southbound Interstate 15 near State Route 76 in Fallbrook, CA.
A motorcyclist was thrown from his 2000 Harley Davidson after it was struck by a Toyota Camry. The bike came to rest on the freeway’s left shoulder. The Camry is reported to have abruptly cut into the rider’s lane
When the paramedics arrived on the scene, the motorcyclist had no pulse and advanced lifesaving techniques had been unsuccessful in reviving him. The rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Camry was not injured.
Drugs and alcohol are not considered to be a contributing factor.
