Folsom, CA (December 31, 2019) – A man was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Folsom. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of December 31 on Highway 50.

The crash happened on westbound Highway 50, near the E. Bidwell Street onramp. A pickup truck went off the road and slammed into a tree for unknown reasons. The driver was killed in the crash. He has been identified as Todd James Kern, 38, from El Dorado Hills.
