Car, Fire Engine Collide in Napa Accident

Napa, CA (June 30, 2020) – A woman was injured in a crash with a fire engine in Napa. The accident occurred at around noon on June 30 at Highway 221 and Streblow Drive.

A fire engine was traveling with its red lights and siren on when it collided with a Toyota Camry at the intersection. The Camry was hit on the right side as the driver attempted to turn left. The driver of the Camry – 22-year-old Vanessa Espinosa of Vallejo – was hospitalized with major injuries. There were three Cal Fire employees on the fire engine, but none were injured.
