Woman, Infant Killed in Crash on Interstate 15 Near Cima Road

2 Victims in Hit and Run Accident in Baker

Baker, CA (May 20, 2020) – A woman and infant were killed in a hit and run accident in Baker. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 20 on Interstate 15.

An off-duty CHP officer was headed north on the Interstate 15, near Cima Road, when he found the bodies of a woman and infant on the highway. They were apparently crossing the road when they were victims of a hit and run crash. It is believed that the vehicle involved was a semi truck and the driver was not aware they hit anyone.
