Woman Injured, Dog Killed in Crash on National Trails Highway Near Mill Street
Car, Cement Truck Involved in Head-on Accident in Oro Grande
Oro Grande, CA (August 19, 2019) – A woman was injured and her dog was killed in a head-on crash in Oro Grade. The accident occurred on the afternoon of August 19 on National Trails Highway.
A Chevrolet Camaro and a Robertson’s cement truck collided head-on on National Trails Highway near Mill Street. The impact caused the motor to come out of the Camaro. Several tires came off. Debris was strewn all over the road.
The woman driving the Camaro was critically injured. Her small dog was killed in the crash. Good Samaritans ran to the scene to provide aid to the woman. She was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the cement truck was not injured.
