Vista Accident Causes Serious Injuries
Vista, CA (June 12, 2019) – A woman was injured in a crash in Vista. The accident occurred on the evening of June 12 on State Route 78.
A Mitsubishi Lancer was traveling west on State Route 78 near Vista Village Drive when it swerved out of control. The Mitsubishi went into the center median, hit a divider and overturned.
A passenger, a 20-year-old woman from Temecula, was ejected from the vehicle. She was not wearing a seatbelt. She was hospitalized with severe trauma.
Another passenger, a 31-year-old man from San Marcos, was also taken to a local hospital for pain. The driver, a 26-year-old man from Santee, claimed that one of his car’s tires blew out just before the crash.
