Santa Cruz, CA (June 5, 2019) – A woman was injured after she was hit by a car in Santa Cruz. The accident occurred on the evening of June 5 at Cedar and Maple streets.

A woman was hit by a car at the intersection. She was pinned underneath the car as the driver fled the accident scene on foot. The woman, a 55-year-old Santa Cruz resident, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Police later caught and arrested two male suspects.
