Ben Lomond Accident Kills Woman, Injures Man

Ben Lomond, CA (October 17, 2018) – A woman was killed in a crash in Ben Lomond. The fatal accident happened on the morning of October 17 on Highway 9.

The 52-year-old Boulder Creek woman was driving a Ford Freestyle south on Highway 9, near Highlands County Park. She crossed into the northbound lane, exited the roadway, and hit a utility pole. The pole crashed down onto the vehicle.

The woman was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. A 46-year-old male passenger suffered moderate injuries and was also taken to a local hospital.
