James Martin Diaz Arrested for DUI in Fatal Santa Ana Accident

Santa Ana, CA (February 6, 2021) – A woman was killed in a DUI crash in Santa Ana. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of February 6 at 3rd and Main streets.

Corona resident James Martin Diaz was driving a Chevrolet on Main Street when he collided with a Kia at the intersection. A woman died at the accident scene. Diaz was charged with felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter.
