Woman Killed in Crash at Highway 155 and Zerker Road


Reane Demery Arrested for DUI in Fatal Delano Accident

Delano, CA (May 13, 2020) – A woman was killed in a DUI crash in Delano. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 13 at Highway 155 and Zerker Road.

A 44-year-old woman was killed in a suspected DUI car accident near Delano on Wednesday morning.

Reane Demery, 26, was driving a Honda Civic on westbound Highway 155 when he collided head-on with a Chevrolet Cruze. Both drivers suffered major injuries and were airlifted to a local hospital. The driver of the Cruze, a 44-year-old woman, later died. Demery was arrested for DUI.
