Woman Killed in Crash on Highway 99 and 5th Avenue


Pickup Truck, Motorcycle Collide in Fatal Sacramento Accident

Sacramento, CA (May 1, 2020) – A woman was killed in a motorcycle crash in Sacramento. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 1 on Highway 99 at 5th Avenue.

A Ford F-150 pickup truck rear-ended a Yamaha motorcycle on southbound Highway 99, near 5th Avenue.

The female passenger on the Yamaha died at the accident scene. The driver, a 42-year-old man, was hospitalized with major injuries. The 28-year-old driver of the Ford was not injured. Speed is a possible factor in the crash.
