Woman Killed in Crash on Interstate 10 Near Azusa Avenue

Victim Hit by Car in Fatal West Covina Accident

West Covina, CA (May 28, 2020) – A woman was killed in a crash in West Covina. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of May 28 on Interstate 10.

A 26-year-old El Monte woman exited her Toyota Camry when she was hit by a Nissan Altima on eastbound Interstate 10, near Azusa Avenue. The woman landed in the No. 1 lane of the freeway. She died in the crash. The driver, a 27-year-old man from Fontana, remained at the accident scene.
