Richmond, CA (July 17, 2019) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian crash in Richmond. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of July 17 on Interstate 580.

A woman was hit by a car on eastbound Interstate 580 at Cutting Boulevard. The woman, identified as Francisca Palos-Lopez, 38, died from her injuries
