Woman Killed in DUI Crash on Lone Tree Way


Joseph John Martinez Arrested for Felony DUI in Fatal Brentwood Accident

Brentwood, CA (June 9, 2019) – A woman was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Brentwood. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of June 9 on Lone Tree Way.

A Nissan Sentra veered off the road and then veered back into the lane before hitting a pole on Lone Tree Way, near Adams Lane. The passenger, a 23-year-old woman, died at the accident scene.

The driver, Vallejo resident Joseph John Martinez, 25, suffered minor injuries. He was taken to a local hospital and was arrested for felony DUI for killing his passenger, who was allegedly his girlfriend.
