Windsor, CA (June 26, 2019) – A woman was killed in a head-on crash in Windsor. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of June 26 on River Road.

The crash happened near Martinelli Winery & Vineyards. A Hyundai Santa Fe SUV was heading east when it made a movement to the left and entered the westbound lane. 

The Hyundai collided with a Ford Ranger pickup truck. The Hyundai continued traveling east in the westbound lane, hitting a Honda CRV SUV. The driver of the Honda, an unidentified woman, died at the accident scene.

The Hyundai driver, a 72-year-old man from Santa Rosa, and a female passenger were hospitalized with minor to moderate injuries. The Ford driver, a 61-year-old Healdsburg man, was treated for injuries at the accident scene.
