Dixon, CA (September 20, 2019) – A woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Dixon. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of September 20 on Interstate 80.

A West Sacramento woman died in a three-vehicle crash Friday on Interstate Highway 80 in Dixon, according to the California Highway Patrol. 

The crash happened on eastbound Interstate 80, near Highway 113. A 64-year-old woman from West Sacramento was driving a Nissan Kicks when she was rear-ended by a Jeep Compass. The Nissan then rear-ended a Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The woman died at the accident scene. A 45-year-old Oakland man who was driving the Jeep suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The 46-year-old driver of the Ford was not injured.
