Sacramento, CA (December 15, 2019) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian crash in Sacramento. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of December 15 at Fruitridge Road and Nona Way.

A 24-year-old woman from Sacramento was heading north on Fruitridge Road when she felt an impact while switching lanes. The woman pulled over and called 911. She remained at the accident scene until emergency crews arrived.

The pedestrian was a 41-year-old woman from Sacramento. She was crossing Fruitridge road outside of a marked crosswalk when she was hit. She died at the accident scene.
