Rohnert Park, CA (June 27, 2019) – A woman was hit and killed by a train in Rohnert Park. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of June 27 near Golf Course Drive and Roberts Lake Road.

A woman ignored the crossing arms at the railroad tracks and attempted to cross the tracks. She was then hit by the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit train. The woman, identified only as a woman in her 40s, died at the accident scene. Nobody aboard the train was injured in the crash.
